Sit Saskatoon is pleased to offer mindfulness programs tailored to the needs of your organization. From in-house workshops and courses to off-site programs, Sit Saskatoon's qualified mindfulness teachers will consult and collaborate in the development of a mindfulness program for your workplace.
Participants of our programs learn mindfulness by
cultivating non-judgemental moment-to-moment awareness
focusing on the physical sensations in the body
observing and becoming familiar with thoughts and emotions
These skills encourage mental, emotional, and physical well-being and form the basis for emotional intelligence, self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills.

This program consists of 4 to 12 consecutive weekly classes, 30-45 minutes in length.
