Join Jennifer for a 6-week exploration of the ways our thoughts impact our experience, and our very lives. With support in developing a mindfulness practice, we can gain insight into what creates, drives, and disarms the inner critic. We can learn to make peace with our mind, and cultivate more freedom and happiness.

This course is beneficial for newer students as well as more experienced meditators.

Class size: 8 participants
Provided: Padded chairs, yoga mats, meditation benches, audio recordings for home practice

Please bring: Water bottle, and anything else you might like for warmth and comfort
