This free community workshop is designed especially for those who are interested in mindfulness, but want to learn more! This 90 minute workshop will review the fundamentals of mindfulness meditation, providing the opportunity to practice, and to cultivate an awareness of breath, body, emotions, and thoughts.

You will learn:

  • What we mean by ‘mindfulness

  • How to learn and practice mindfulness

  • The benefits of mindfulness

  • Resources and programs for supporting your mindfulness practice in Saskatoon
